About Naud

For over 25 years I have been a front-line Growth Leader. Having worked for corporates, NGO’s and scale-ups, I have always worked on organic and inorganic business growth through new value propositions, (corporate) ventures, M&A and partnerships.

As I have always been fascinated by personal and professional growth themes, I left the corporate world and switched to start supporting Growth Leaders in 2025.

I studied Law back in the days. After that I feel privileged to have been trained by Hays, IMD and several other Management institutions. I have enjoyed multiple coaching and development trainings by Phoenix Opleidingen, the Centre for Life & Intuition, Piet Weisfelt and many others.

I am a father of three and I am married to Marije who works as a psychologist. I like to read about Greek Mythology and I must admit that I have a little library on Golf Course Architecture at home.

In my spare time I love to play golf with my family and friends or go out on my bike for a ride through the Dutch Dunes.
